These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the banglabd platform. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using banglabd.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and banglabd. By accessing or using the banglabd platform at banglabd.net, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use banglabd. These terms apply to all users regardless of location within Bangladesh.
Terminology
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations when using the banglabd platform.

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or incentive funds credited to a User's account as part of a banglabd promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. |
| "Services" | All gambling, betting, gaming, and ancillary services offered by banglabd, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, RNG slot games, instant games (Mine, Lucky Bingo), and customer support. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any individual who is under 18 years of age, has self-excluded from the platform, has had their account suspended or permanently closed, or is otherwise ineligible to use banglabd under these Terms. |
| "Payment Method" | Any approved deposit or withdrawal channel supported by banglabd, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. |
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding contract between each registered User and banglabd. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
BDT-Only Platform
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts on banglabd are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversions are performed on the platform.
18+ Requirement
The "Prohibited User" definition exists to protect minors. Any person under 18 years of age is strictly barred from registering or using banglabd under any circumstances, with no exceptions.
Agreement
By accessing banglabd.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the banglabd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect on the date of your first interaction with the platform and remains in force for as long as your account exists or until formally terminated in accordance with the account closure provisions below.
banglabd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, banglabd will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with banglabd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and banglabd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English text shall govern.
Eligibility
The banglabd platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or use any feature of the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. banglabd takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and implements age verification procedures as part of the account verification process.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all Users:
banglabd may request documentary proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe specified by banglabd will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Underage Gambling Warning: If banglabd discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered User is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be frozen, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited. banglabd may report the matter to relevant authorities. Getting Started
Each User is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on banglabd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If banglabd identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances within those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any detail changes. banglabd accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information supplied by a User.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. banglabd strongly recommends that you:
banglabd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity carried out through your account while you are logged in — or while an unauthorised party has access due to your own negligence — will be deemed to have been carried out by you and will be governed by these Terms accordingly.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold exactly one banglabd account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the details used to create them — are a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential balance forfeiture.
Verification Required
Identity verification using a valid Bangladeshi NID, passport, or driving licence is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. banglabd may also request verification at any other time during the life of your account.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Enable two-step SMS verification and use a unique password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our 24/7 support team without delay.
Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on banglabd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). banglabd does not accept or process foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Deposits are typically credited to your banglabd balance within 2 to 15 minutes of confirmed payment, depending on the payment method and network conditions at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. banglabd does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. banglabd aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
No Chargebacks: By making a deposit on banglabd, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the funds are legitimately yours. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith — for example, after withdrawing winnings — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
Offers & Rewards
banglabd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your banglabd account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all banglabd bonuses:
banglabd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a User's account at the time of the change, provided the User continues to comply with the applicable terms.
Rules of Conduct
As a condition of using banglabd, you agree to use the platform honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the banglabd platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach.
Reporting Suspected Misconduct: If you become aware of another user engaging in any of the prohibited behaviours listed above, please report it to our support team at [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
Account Management
banglabd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting banglabd support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, banglabd will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the User's registered payment method after completing any required verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Where an account is closed by banglabd due to a breach of these Terms, banglabd reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, banglabd may forfeit the balance in full. Users who believe an account closure decision was made in error may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], setting out the relevant facts and any supporting evidence. banglabd will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days (BST).
Voluntary Closure
You may close your banglabd account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard verification process is complete.
Closure for Breach
Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balance withheld pending investigation. Confirmed breaches may result in full balance forfeiture. Appeal by emailing [email protected] with supporting evidence.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. banglabd will send an email notification before any dormancy procedure is applied, giving you the opportunity to reactivate your account by logging in.
